"Everyday Is Mother's Day"

A mother is a special person

She is different from a sister or a brother

From the day her child is born she is very busy,

But she doesn't mind, for she loves all her children

And looks after them without making a fuss.

A mother teaches her children nice manners

When they get hungry she cooks something

for them to eat and tells them to say Grace.

She teaches them to be grateful and polite

To say yes and no ma'am or no sir,

And thank you very much.

When her children falls and skins his knee,

She goes to check they are all right

A good mother is the one that sees her children

go to a good school and helps them do their homework

And teaches them to say the Lord's prayer.

She goes around singing,

Praising God her children were born

Never forget to say "Happy Mother's Day

I love you for all you've done."

Say it everyday, for someday she will be gone.
