Lemonade

One day as I was sitting in my chair,
I was thinking about those poor people
who go drinking. The next day they must have
a hurting in their head. I wonder if sometime
they wished they were dead.
They try to drink coffee or tomato juice,
Then they find out it is no use.

I would tell them, "You folks could find something else to do,
You could go to a party and have fun too,
You could have a party and drink punch
And the ones that are drinking,
Just stay away from that bunch.
You will find out you will have more money for your pocket.
If someone says, 'have a drink', say 'I will socket'

I went to a picnic and found I didn't need a fix.
When I see people drinking, I leave quickly,
Because I do not want to be blind-sided.
I want to be sure things are right before I have decided.
