Last
week is gone, so let's do
some thinking.
Think
of some good we might do
for someone.
Let's
don't blame others for
something we have done.
You
know it doesn't do any
good to try to get
revenge.
Just
think- how good it is to
have a real good friend.
We all have some kind of
problems,
But
that's just the way life
goes.
Some
days it rains, some days
the wind blows,
But
there are more good days
than bad,
So
be thankful for the good
days we've had.
Let's don't mistreat
people that live across
the tracks,
Whether
they are brown, white, or
black.
We're
all put here for some
reason,
Just
like there are four
different seasons.
We shouldn't go to bed at
night mad at someone,
Even
if it is our daughter or
our son.
We
all understand someday
the circle will be
unbroken,
So
let's be true to every
word we have spoken,
For
we know every word in
this poem is true.
Let's call our children
and tell them we love
them,
Let's
think before we do
something.
Let's
put God first and let our
light shine.
